Women's Fellowship

The Women's Fellowship was formed nearly 70 years ago to meet the needs of the women in our local community, regardless of whether they belong to a Church. WF still follows these principles. WF meets in the Christ Church Lounge every Tuesday at 2.15 until about 3.30pm (except for the first Tuesday in the month and during August).

At a typical meeting, on arrival one may have a cup of tea, chat and purchase cards which are available for sale. The meeting proper starts at 2.15 with the sharing of news. After a short service (reading, prayers and hymns) there is a talk, demonstration or slide show. The meeting ends with another hymn, prayer and the notices.
