Mark Philps (Rector):
As well as leading Christ Church, Mark has overall responsibility for the leadership and vision of the Roxeth Team made up of Christ Church, St Peter's Harrow and Soul Survivor Harrow, our youth church. Mark oversees all of our services and line manages several members of staff. He is supported by his wife Caroline who, as well as working as a teacher, is our Children and Families Co-Ordinator. They have three grown up children.

Steve Newbold (Associate Vicar):
Steve has been on the staff at Christ Church since 2003. As well as assisting Mark in planning and leading our services, Steve has particular responsibility for Prayer and Prayer Ministry. Steve is also married to a Caroline and they have two children.

Rebecca Peters (Curate):
Rebecca serves Christ Church by helping to develop outreach to the local community. She assists Mark with the services and enables the Children's ministry in the church. Rebecca is married to Daniel, who works as a Physics researcher.

Sarah Stroh (Music Director):
Sarah Stroh is Music Director for Christ Church, responsible for overseeing our sung worship, developing worship gifts of church members and also leading sung worship at a number of our services. She is a freelance professional musician and is married to fellow musician, Rob.

Jane Atfield (Administrator):
Jane is our Administrator, and efficiently manages our office services. She is responsible for our IT systems, weekly bulletin and rotas as well as providing the first point of contact for our many callers.
