We are a diverse church community of all ages. We meet on Sundays and through the week in a variety of ways to pray, worship, connect, learn, eat and serve together.
Whether you are exploring answers to life's big questions or firmly committed in your faith - whatever your background or experience - you are most welcome to join us.

LIFE EVENTS
Baptisms
Anyone is welcome to get in touch with us to find about having their child christened. During a christening your child will be baptized with water. It’s the start of an amazing journey of faith for your child and a special day for all your friends and family.
We also hold baptism and confirmation services for adults on a regular basis. Contact us to find out more.
Weddings
Christ Church Roxeth is a beautiful and attractive venue for a wedding. A wedding at Christ Church is a personal, meaningful and spiritual occasion.
Church is a special and unique place to get married - the prayers, promises and the whole service of celebration become part of your marriage, on the day itself and beyond. Contact us to find out if you are eligible to be married at Christ Church.
Funerals
We are available to help you through some of life’s most difficult times.
A Church of England funeral is available to everyone. We offer support before, during and after the service, for as long as it’s needed. Contact us to find out more.
Who is Jesus?
Some people have stood tall in human history and gained a big following. Some people have claimed to be God walking planet earth. Jesus is the only person to belong to both those categories. In the history of the world no-one has made the kinds of claims Jesus made and been believed – by billions! Could he really be who he said he was? And why does it matter so much to billions of Christians around the world?
New to Christ Church?
You are invited to join our next Following Jesus Course: six interactive sessions on Sunday evenings beginning the journey of discipleship with us. Everyone is welcome, especially if you are new to church or exploring faith for the first time.
If you’re new we would also love to invite you our next Sunday Welcome Lunch. This is a free event where you can meet some of our leadership team and find out more about Christ Church.

Volunteer
Volunteering at Christ Church on Sundays or midweek at our charity shop is a great way to connect with others and put faith into action.
Over 100 people are regularly involved in making our Sunday services happen: from serving coffee or welcoming at the door to joining a music team, we’re keen that everyone has a part to play. Our charity shop found are always looking for new volunteers in a range of roles and also offer work experience and training in work/life skills.
Following Jesus
We are passionate about helping people to explore what it means to follow Jesus. This interactive six week course is designed to introduce you to spiritual practices and explore how following Jesus could make a difference in your life.
It is a great way to connect with God and with other people in a relaxed atmosphere over refreshments. Each session has opportunities for discussion and questions, and time to explore the spiritual practices of thankfulness, listening to God, prayer and Bible reading - no previous experience necessary.
